I dunno if this helps anybody, but I've found a nice system for myself. I power walk for fifteen minutes, then fast jog for five. I do it for an hour, so three "sets" of each. As it's my third day, I'm sure I should be doing more sets of them in the future, but it's working well so far. I look forward to doing this for two…

I feel embarrassed when I go to the gym. I just feel like everybody is doing their thing well, while I'm there on the treadmill looking like a duck on drugs or something. It's stupid, but that's how I feel.

Are you saying that it hasn't gone back to your regular goal? If so, you can manually change it to what it should be. Just go to Home > Goals and you'll find it.
