Not sure if this belongs here but I know you guys are really helpful. I went to see how many calories I'd get if I were "lightly active" from "sedentary". I then switched it back to sedentary and now my calorie goal is 30 calories less than it was originally. I have no idea what happened. Thoughts?

If you've lost weight since you last updated your goals, then it adjusted for the lower amount of calories your body now burns

Are you saying that it hasn't gone back to your regular goal? If so, you can manually change it to what it should be. Just go to Home > Goals and you'll find it.

This makes sense because I have lost weight since my last update, but I thought it updated automatically?

MFP will ask you if you want to update your goals, but you have to agree to that for the goals to be updated.

Every time you record your weight in our system, MyFitnessPal checks to see if you've lost 10 pounds since the last time your goals were calculated. If so, we'll ask you if you'd like to reset your goals based on your new weight. We recommend logging your weight once a week.
