I have a friend who lost over 100 pounds. When she goes out to eat she asks for a carry out tray to put half or more of her meal in. Out of sight out of mind. The other half is another meal.

I am thinking on going up and down the stairs several times at work for a few minutes of my lunch. I have to figure out how to work exercise into all of this. I am so tired of being exhausted after climbing stairs, so I will transition a little at a time.

Green tea helps me feel better. I have a tendency to retain water. When I feel the swelling coming on I drink green tea--- water, pain, swelling go. When I feel better I eat less.
