One of the reasons I actually like going out and shopping on Mother's Day now is so when cashiers/etc. reflexively say "Happy Mother's Day" to me without thinking I can reply "Thanks; I don't have any children." completely deadpan and without any explanation as to why to make them squirm. Was it her choice? Is she widowed?…

Leaf lard, since no one has listed it yet. :)

Woo count? Wut? Where can one see this mythical, magical beast before it is gone?

Pretty sure the not exactly unattractive cashier at the grocery store flirted with me the other day. I mean, he gave me the BOGO 50% off that had expired on some lotion when I asked if it was still on sale or not (the sale tag on it was gone but not on its shelf neighbor so wasn't sure) and managed to work in he was…

Sounds like normal gastric expansion if the OP is eating more volume and/or more aerophagic than what is "normal" for. Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if there was some indigestion and/or reflux going on, too.

Not better in taste, but better in macros. More protein, more fiber, less sugar, more batter for slightly more calories. If you use an egg and milk vs. just water, they do become massively better as they are more substantial, but the calories pile on accordingly as a result. And much, much less oil. They are edible just…

Yes. Yes. I did; found out it was an unsustainable weight loss/weight control model for me as via trial and error I learned eating twice a day, >6 hours apart, is what works best for me. YMMV. If curious, give it a try. Who knows, you might discover you like and thrive on it.

Dropped to 190 lbs., developed meralgia paresthetica of the left thigh. Of course it would have to be the aching/burning/stabby variety vs. "just" tingling or numbness. LMFAO 😆 Soooo, now have a highly motivated mini goal to get to 170 lbs. to see if finally alleviates as getting to 180 lbs. did not. :)

There are also online quit groups/forums for both cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. I know I would have never been able to quit in 2006 without one as well as a NRT - nicotine replacement therapy - gum that I followed the step down schedule exactly as written. This was before wellbutrin and chantix were widely prescribed…

👍 Always a pleasure to learn it isn't being overlooked anymore.

Nothing. Zip, zilch, nada these days. :) In the past? Sure; I've participated in the restriction/removal of a given food or food group as a means to control caloric intake. What I have learned about myself from doing so is none of those are a sustainable model for me. If it works for other people, hey, good for them.…

If you are not seeing them decrease in proportion with the rest of your body measurements/dimensions as the weight loss proceeds, I would recommend you see your doctor and request a medication review/medical history/physical exam/hormonal panel/etceteras to rule out gynecomastia. =>…

Did you meet and hook up with your now-fiance when you were your then physique? That is a pretty relevant piece to this relationship puzzle. Are they trying to change you, or are you wanting to change on them? I have a very, very good friend for over 25(!) years now who had - and still does to a more or less degree - your…

How do I feel about them? About 40 pounds lighter in four months, thanks for asking. :) Been eating them almost exclusively but not 100% as supplement them with F&V/protein/fats/fiber to hit macros targets. Albeit, not all have been "low calorie" Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice/Smart Ones. Stouffer's, Smart Made, Marie…

I'd buy a set. Off to see if anyone with a wholesale account is now buying directly from the manufacturer and reselling. 'Merica!

Instead of guessing, or people online with their biases guessing, I recommend you ask your doctor at the next appointment. You can do that, you know. It may be uncomfortable for you, but I promise; the discomfort only lasts as long as it takes to get the question out of past your lips. I recommend practicing it at home…

Handful bras - handful.com I wear them as a bra, period, as I hate traditional bras with a passion. No uniboob. Removable pad inserts so no nipple show.

65g protein: 90 g fat ratio is not the ketogenic diet. 1:4, or maybe 1:3, is. A 1:2 to 1:1 ratio is the Modified Atkins Diet (MAD) version of the ketogenic diet. A bastardized version created by those who need a diet more ketogenic than the SAD to control their seizures, but sustainable long term. The 1:4 ketogenic diet is…

New sports bra time. Back to a small (34.5-36" band) from a very stretched out medium (36.5-38) since I was closer to 40 than 38 for at least some part of the last couple years, lol. I might actually miss the higher pit fat coverage of the larger bra, tho. :\ Happy the breasts are shrinking on schedule as ready to welcome…

On target for 36-40 lbs total drop in 4 months. No idea about inches as don't bother with. Have I lost them? Yep. I absolutely am I am having to go through clothes I mothballed on my way up, on my way back down. Zero intentional exercise 99.5% of the time beyond walking required to walk between vehicle and some errand…

Recognize and make peace now with the fact it can take up to two weeks (in my experience) to get back on track calorie-wise 100% and be where you were at before the event as far as satiety/fullness/etc on that amount of calories. This time delay also applies to the weight scale normalizing again post…
