I've got two: 1) I had to buy new shorts, and found that the smallest "plus" size was too big! I love the idea of not having to only shop in plus size stores. 2) My BMI is now 28.7 which makes me "overweight" instead of "obese"! Now on to getting to that "normal" range!

I just move on too - and try to think about it the way @sijomial described as "still progress, just smaller progress". If I tried to compensate for it by eating fewer calories the next day, I'd likely feel deprived and it might trigger me to actually eat more and not less. I do take medications that cause issues for…

I am diabetic and have a Dexcom CGM. It has been a huge benefit for me in managing my health, and I would highly recommend it to anyone struggling to manage their diabetes. I don't think it would be worth it for someone who doesn't have diabetes, though.

My next mini goal is to get under 200lbs (which is about 6.5 lbs away) by May 1st. It's not only a "yay! I'm in onederland!" goal, but that's when my BMI moves from the obese category to overweight.
