Does anyone else's blood sugar react worse to processed foods?
Over the summer I got a Dexcom meter, and since I now have a continuous record of my blood sugar, I've been revisiting my personal reaction to different foods. One of the trends I'm seeing is that I seem to react more to processed foods, and it looks like it might be whether or not preservatives are added. Has anyone else…

Sigh... who knew there were this many calories in vitamins?!?
Today I decided to set up my food diary to track my medications and vitamins, and really looked at the nutrition label on my vitamin bottles. Yikes!
