I normally go to the gym twice a week but have lots going on at the mo but will get back to it after Christmas when life calms down :) Am I right in thinking you shouldn't go below 1200 cals per day?

I am a ww member and started following smart points on Sunday, I did 3 days and hated it! (I know I didn't give it long but felt very deprived which resulted in binge eating) So Wednesday I found myself here and so far am loving it :)
