Sollyn2312, I took it as a sort of rhetorical statement that the person was making in support of my going back to MFP. The person is right. You can't know how many calories you eat if you don't track and that's what's so great about MFP :-)

Just a couple of ideas. When I hit a weight loss plateau, I change what I eat and/or change the type of activity I do (sorry, may have missed it but didn't see whether you're active physically or not). That seems to shock my body somewhat and some weight loss will usually follow.

I have a couple of powerhouse foods that I rely on every single day. One of them is a high-fiber, low-carb tortilla. I'm talking like 12 grams of fiber per tortilla and only 80 calories. Wrap those babies around just about anything. We get them at WalMart. The other one is from Trader Joe's and they're individual fiber…

Hello fellow refugee!! I was wondering the same thing about recipes. I just clicked on "blog" up above and saw what seems to be a clickable link for meals, but I don't think they're member recipes. Still, they might be useful. I plan to eat a lot of the same foods I ate on WW.
