I’m so confused on how many calories I should be eating. I’ve been trying to keep it around 1700 but is that to much? I weigh close to 300 so that’s the number a calculator told me but some days I have a hard time eating that much in my hour. I think I went over that today because the husband brought me a piece of cake…

Look into Keto not just low carb! I've steadily lost weight and I'm at 13 pounds lost at 4 weeks. I feel like I eat quite a bit. I do miss the super sweet food and need to start experimenting with recipes. Good luck

I'm also so confused on the calories burned. There's no way it was 660 calories from a 2 mile leslie sansone walk and 5 or 6 dance fitness with jessica videos. Everyone tells me it's because I'm so over weight so I burn more but that seems like a lot for 45 or 60 minutes cardio

It's been about 10 days of eating 1200 or under calories. The first few days I lost 6 pounds..I'm sure water weight. But nothing for the last 6 days. So I guess I really do need more calories. I don't use a food scale, I should invest in one

I just can't imagine losing weight eating almost 2000 calories..I guess I should listen to everyone that knows lol not mysf who got so overweight s d clearly doesn't know much about healthy eating
