I know everyone is different and all her dances are different but do I do low impact cardio for adding exercise? I'm very overweight but it's telling me 30 minutes is 400 calories. Am I eating too little?
Mfp has me at 1600 calories to lose 2lbs a week(I have a lot to lose) I've been staying at 12/1300 but my friend said I can't do that..so yesterday I ate 1600 but according to mfp I burned 660 calories.
