I know everyone is different and all her dances are different but do I do low impact cardio for adding exercise? I'm very overweight but it's telling me 30 minutes is 400 calories. I know it can be off but just wondering others experience. Hoping I get my Fitbit for Christmas so I don't have to ask these questions

    If you're not planning to eat them back I wouldn't worry too much at this point. It sounds like you're early in your journey and maybe right now the key is doing any exercise at all.

    Im quite over weight too and am often "surprised" at how high my burns are for exercise. I use a fitbit, and my daily calorie use is well over 3k most days! So your 400 Cals doesn't sound like it's too high of an estimate but because it could be, don't eat back all those Cals. Most people eat back 50% to allow for a margin of error.

    I would say those calorie burns are overestimated. I would cut that amount by about half.

    I hope you get your fitbit too. :)
