I just started week 2! It's hard and amazing. Just remember it's only half an hour, that's how I manage to make it through! Of course I'm not seeing results yet but I'm feeling powerful. I find it hard to do the LIIS, but it's ok, try hard do all you can, you can do it!

Thank you ! My weight seriously affects my motivation so it's frustrating. Besides the fluctuation is never this extreme
