Could be. I just got back onto the diet yesterday, so a couple of days ago I was eating whatever I felt like. Also, the AC is broke at work so I could be dehydrated. I was just wondering if anyone else had this random habit.

Exercising was making me retain weight, so I quit it. When I get closer to my goal than I'll start up again, for right now I lose so much more weight if I keep away from workouts.

I have to wear two. One just doesn't cut it with my triple D's. No specific brand, they just have to be different bras, I like one that claps in the the back and the other in the front.

I started my 30 day shred today. I'm so excited. I'm doing it 6 times a week and stretching everyday. I did measurements for this since there is weight training so I don't want to use the scale.

My budget is $130 per month. I find that it's a little easier to stay in budget now because I eat so much less than I used to. Also, I never go out to eat, I make my dinners, which is cheaper. I also buy in bulk, it's cheaper per pound. And I don't shop unless I don't have any more food, I try to eat whats in my cabinet.

Well what you want or need is entirely up to you. Personally I've found that cheat days completely derails me. It doesn't usually affect my weight, it affects my state of mind. I got my goal based on what I've weighed before coupled with asking close friends that looked good how much they weighed. Also, once you get there you can always change your goal. You might feel great at 220 or you might want to go down to 180.

It could definitely be from adding muscle. Maybe you should switch to measuring yourself, rather than focusing on the scale.

When people lose weight and than refuse to tell you how they did it. Like, why are you keeping the secret. That's so mean. Don't you want other people to feel good too? Also, I think it's funny and interesting that some of my major motivations are other people's pet peeves.

Personally I would make sure your getting enough protein and veggies. Just because you are eating enough calories doesn't mean you are eating the right kind. I use stainless steal. I tried to use cast iron but it's a skill I don't possess. I burnt EVERYTHING. lol.

Yes. I do that for some things. But there are curtain stables in my diet that I'm not happy without.

I can't use less because I don't use non-stick cookware. I use as little as I can. But it's still like two tablespoons.

I would expect to maybe gain a little next week. But also, when I have an gain or loss that I think is weird than I'll weight myself again right away. Sometimes my scale is just off.
