Yes. Last time I was on here I was set at 2 lbs a week and 1200 calories. I lasted a week. I have it set for 1.5 pounds a week and about 1600 calories and have been having an easier time with it and also seen more progress already than I did on 1200

I'm 5'1 and I have mine set to lose 1.5 pounds pounds per week and I have mine set for active (I work out 3-4 times a week and I walk a lot at my job) and it gives me 1,640 calories a day. Yeah when I tried using this site awhile ago I set it for 2 lbs a week and it was telling me 1200 calories. I set it for 1.5 a week this time around and its giving me 1310

I'm super picky and eat a ton of junk food so I wouldn't be surprised if I eat 2500-3000+ a day

Some of the entries on here are saying a grilled chicken breast is 150-200 calories and others are saying closer to 300

Yeah that's what I did today. I brought in a small bag of peanuts and a small bag of kit kat minis to munch on at work

I'm a really picky eater so that's where it gets kind of tricky. I like chicken, beef, stuff like that but I don't like any veggies really (Only carrots if they have ranch). My dad has pretty much everything at the house as far as crockpots and whatnot

I always ready people on here saying that you're only supposed to eat part of them back because the gym machines aren't always accurate.

I like carrots if they have ranch on them but I feel like ranch defeats the purpose of eating carrots because it's unhealthy
