Activity level
I'm not sure if I should put active or lightly active. I have a job I work 4-5 days a week where I'm walking around a lot and I plan on going to the gym 2-3 times a week
-
Scales
I've been using my scale at home to track my weight. I weighed myself yesterday in my scaled and got 168.9 but went to the doctor today and they weighed me at 166. I'm not sure which scale is accurate
-
Logging weight
How often do you log your weight? I know some people weigh every day and I personally weigh every few days but am not sure how often to actually record my weight. (I know weight fluctuates a lot so I don't know when I'm getting an "accurate" weight)

Settings: Lightly active or Active
I'm not sure if I should put my settings on active or lightly active. I work out 3-4 times a week. I work a serving job so I'm not super busy but I do walk around a lot while working
-
Breakfast
What are some healthy and filling breakfast meals. I usually just eat cereal or something but want something that's more filling and but not super high in calories
-
Low sugar/carb foods
What are some good low carb and/or low sugar foods that are food? I'm able to stay at my calorie limit for the day but can't seem to stay even close to my sugar/ carb limit

Hunger/Overeating
I've tried doing the calorie counting thing a few times... I feel like no matter what I eat or how I plan my meals I'm always starving still. I also have trouble sticking to it for more than a week or two. I just need advice I guess on how to stick to it... I usually end up just overeating and just giving up because I miss…

Calorie intake
When you lose weight does MFP automatically adjust your calories for you or do you have to do it? If not, how often should you adjust your calories and by how many?

Weight
So I started watching what I'm eating and working out every day the day after Christmas. There's only been two days where I didn't stay within my deficit and I still don't think I went too much over my maintenance. I weighed myself this morning and I was 3.9 pounds lighter. Does this sound accurate! Or should I wait longer…

Odd question
So I'm having a grilled chicken breast for lunch and I'm not exactly sure how many ounces it is. I don't have a good scale yet and I don't wanna log it wrong

New years
So for New Year's Eve I was doing really good with my calories all day but ended up going over. (Probably by about 800-900 calories) I was only 300-400 over my maintenance and I've been doing really good the rest of this week since I started again but I can't seem to shake feeling like crap about going over. Does this…

Headache after workout??
Hi everyone, I just started working out again a few days ago. I noticed that after about 45 minutes or so of working out I get a headache. It usually goes away 15-20 minutes after I stop working out. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Gym calories
I'm trying to go back to the gym every day and I know some people dont eat back their work out calories and some people only eat back part of them. When I go to the gym I usually do an hour on the treadmill and burn roughly 825 calories (according to the machine) and do some arm/leg machines and some core exercises. I…

Healthy meals for busy schedule
So I want to try and make some healthier meals but I am currently working two jobs and when I get home I'm usually too tired to prep and make a huge meal. What are so quick (or at least semi quick) meals that are healthy and will keep my full for most of work? Healthy snack ideas for when I'm at work would appreciated well

Logging work out calories
So I know you're only supposed to eat 50-75% of your work out calories back. When you log them is it easier for you to log all of your work out calories or just the ones you plan on eating back? Say I burn 600 calories, should I log the whole 600 or only the 300-400 I'm gonna eat back?
-
Gym machines?
I go to the gym every day and I know a lot of people say that the machines are off. But when I do the treadmill it asks for my weight, etc and I looked at a calorie calculator online that asked for my weight, height, age, etc. and it was close to what I got on the treadmill. Does this mean that it's safe for me to eat back…

Water weight?
I know you get water weight after your period, but do you gain water weight right before your period as well? If so how many days before do you usually put it on?

Staying on track with eating
So I have a really hard time staying on track with eating better and staying on track with my calorie count. I can get to the gym fine every day but I eat out a lot and have a hard time finding stuff I like to make at home. I'm a picky eater and don't like a lot of healthy/nutritional food. I also have a hard time staying…

Eating back work out calories?
So I always hear that you should only eat back part of your work out calories? Is this true? If so, how much of them should you eat back? I don't want to overestimate how much I'm burning and not be able to lose weight. I usually look at the numbers on the machines at the gym (Mostly the treadmill) and I'm not entirely…

Gym machines
I know this is probably a dumb question, but are the number of the calories burned that the gym machines tell you accurate? If not, how do you know how many calories you're burning?
