When you lose weight does MFP automatically adjust your calories for you or do you have to do it? If not, how often should you adjust your calories and by how many?

When you enter your weight and it shows a loss, mfp will eventually ask you if you want to recalculate--I can't remember how many pounds you have to lose for it to trigger this though.0

If you have adjusted your calorie goal manually, you have to keep doing it. How often is up to you to decide. How much should be based on your new TDEE.0
