Settings: Lightly active or Active

I'm not sure if I should put my settings on active or lightly active. I work out 3-4 times a week. I work a serving job so I'm not super busy but I do walk around a lot while working

    I would use the one that describes your daily routine - doesn't one of them say "server, mailman" or something similar? Use that.

    Then add in your purposeful exercise in the Exercise tab. Eat a little more on those days.

    Do that for six weeks and keep close tabs on your food logging. Adjust at the end of six weeks if your results are not what expected.

    If you work out 3 days a week and you're always on your feet at work then you would be active.

    MFP does not intend for your work outs to be included in your activity setting. It intends for you to log those and give you extra calories to eat.
