Morning GEPG That's not good if I spend time in the office that's what happens but I found going for a walk to get some lunch gave me 2 miles worth of steps. Daily post Friday Track some Calories tracked some but over all over the place again new this week wouldn't be great but we are about to start half term so plenty of time at home this week so will be back up and running properly next week. Have a good weekend everybody

Daily post. Thursday Track some Calories. Over bad day on the road Exercise. No and steps low owing to bad day on the road all the catching up I did has been lost over today. Never mind we have 28 days so plenty left to catch up and get back on track.

Daily post (wednesday) Track. Yes Calories. Yes Exercise didn't get out for a long walk today but still everything I did do I made sure I walked to and from so still hit 11k steps. Goal to hit 10k tomorrow even though I have a 250 mile round trip during the day. So let's see what we can do. Have a good day everyone

Hi GEPG I am for my sins, the vehicles change but finding healthy food during out of hours is a nightmare. And not having normal working hours and being an insomniac just makes it even harder. Do you have the same problems
