Daily post. Tuesday Track no didn't eat enough and what I did was toast it a sandwich not good all carbs. Calories. Under but all rubbish stodgy bread Water. Better had about 7 cups in the end Exercise first 10k steps day in a while so feel good having at least done that.

Daily post. Monday Track some Calories. Not all tracked Exercise I did a bit of walking first day back at office Water. Not enough Goal. To do more tomorrow

Username redrob1966 Week 3 Pw 258 Cw 258 I haven't been able to do much so can't believe I haven't gone up. I will take it hope everybody is doing ok. Looking forward to catching up how is everybody finding March.

Daily post. Friday Track. Yes Calories. Yes under Exercise. Lots of walking 13k steps today Goals I'm looking after my daughter this weekend wife is away so it's going to be a lot of dad as taxi I believe so will be interesting if I can keep the steps going but will try.

Daily post Thursday Track. Yes in places Calories over Exercise kept stopping the car and going for walks at appointments and services so managed to just hit 10k steps today. In office hopefully so will try and pick up activity H2o. No plenty of tea and coffee again with milk to mix it up.

Daily post wednesday Track. Yes Calories. Under H2o. Not much plenty of drinks but cruising around the roads it was tea or coffee Exercise. A little but wasn't expecting too much I just managed to hit the 10k steps Another day on the road tomorrow so will try and do more water have a great day everyone

Daily post Tuesday Track. Yes Calories. Yes under H2o intake. 11 cups today Exercise yes. Almost 7 miles and 1333 calories burned doing them :) explains the water for today Goals aim was to try and do 20k steps just hit 21k Next couple of days I'm out in the car so maybe Friday before I can get a proper session in again.
