    Exercise: no, feeling sick so taking it easy but took a short walk at lunch and got off one metro stop early to extend walk, but wasn’t that significant of a distance
    Goals: trying to get back on track from the weekend without pushing myself too far while under the weather. A delicate balance.

    Tuesday's plan: preplan meals and make better food choices. I feel like its time to go back to the basics to get back on track so I'm starting the no junk food challenge again

    Calories: under, barely... too many enchiladas and the soon to be ex brought Cadbury cream eggs home. It may have been calculated sabotage...
    Water: not enough
    Exercise: walked 3 miles, so close to an hour of exercise. Told myself to keep going to walk a mile while I was taking a Netflix envelope to the box. Then I just kept telling myself to keep going to my 1.5 mile mark before I turned around.
    Goal: To take my leftover enchiladas to my stepdad, and reign my eating in.
