    Day: while over in calories, made much better choices overall while being out of town than i have in the past so I’m happy. Need to drink more water tomorrow

    Was down to 176.2 on Wednesday morning but wasn't too good the last couple of days due to work parties/lunches/stress. I didn't indulge as much as I normally would have so that's good! Back at it now.

    Exercise: no, but I was working around the house all day so my Fitbit says I burned quite a few calories.
    H2O: I'm not quite sure but I think it was like 8 cups
    Goals/day: I was getting back into the groove of things after eating like crap on my vacation. Overall it was a good day.
