Day: Appetite is back so trying to stay under 1200 without exercise was a bit difficult, but I've been working on mindful eating and distinguishing between being bored and being hungry. I'm happy to say that I was successful on two separate occasions on this day with deciding I wanted a snack cause I was bored, not because I was hungry! NSV!
Goal: BF is craving Indian food so my goal for tonight's dinner is to be mindful, and eat what I want without overindulging. Like I probably only really need one piece of naan bread instead of six. We will see how that goes.2 -

Calories: Under I think, but unhealthy drivethru. Should have been better with planning spaghetti tonight.
Exercise: 120 minutes walking with our new dog. Less distance, more time than I have been because I will have to train her to walk instead of sniff because of the tracking job she is used to.2 -

I'm creeping out of the 200 pound club. Gosh, weight loss struggle is the real deal! It's almost summer and I should have already reached my goal of being under 200 pounds.
I started over, again Sunday. It's like Deja Vu for me! I drank 6 ounces of Flat Tummy tea this morning at work. I bought it months ago and finally started it today. It's only 6 ounces a week to start off with. Nobody here, so I can go to bathroom as often as needed with no interruptions. Gosh, I miss my office with the bathroom!
I'm planning to stay focused and committed to exercising 5-6 x's this week, healthy eating/monitoring 5-6 x's this week and pushing 64ounces of water per day 6-7 x's this week.
@Toyota100 Good loss!! I have to ask, what is flat tummy tea?

@janna674 I'd say TOM. If you're creating a calorie deficit, than you're losing weight.
If you don't already, I would do measurements, much more accurate than a scale!2 -

Only down 0.6lb. A bit disappointed with that as I have been good food wise and exercise wise. And I have really upped the water. I will keep going. I can do this
@pratainua Nice job!! Weight fluctuates all day every day, so I wouldn't worry about it. If you know you're doing good, than it will show. If you're not doing so already, I reccomend taking measurements, much more accurate than a scale!
