Exercise: walked 3 miles, so close to an hour of exercise. Told myself to keep going to walk a mile while I was taking a Netflix envelope to the box. Then I just kept telling myself to keep going to my 1.5 mile mark before I turned around.
Goal: To take my leftover enchiladas to my stepdad, and reign my eating in.1 -
