Exercise: 43 minutes of walking with my son
Goals: I was under on calories, but not as much of a deficit as I'd like so I will be working on that. I really have to keep on track for the first weeks of this challenge because my birthday (which I share with two other women in my family) is at the end of the month, and it was my idea to have muffalettas and cheesecake, so I really want to have made progress before then.2 -

my weigh in day is tomorrow (wednesday) but I am away from home, if my friend's scales go up to my weight, I'll use hers...if not I'll have to defer til thursday >_<1

It's a New Orleans based sandwich stacking ham and salami, mozzarella and provolone, and topped with an olive spread. We've been on a kick of different sandwiches lately and this is one I haven't had in years.

Day: Happy i made it to the gym, considering Monday is the hardest day for me to get my butt there.

Day: Had to spend a little extra time in the gym since calories crept up high before dinner time

Exercise: didn’t make it the gym but walked 30ish min: 10 min to the metro station + 10 min short walk during lunch + 10 min walk home from metro station
Water: 134 oz
Day: Going out of town tomorrow morning so needed to do some chores and pack so skipped the gym in favor of prep, also was feeling particularly drained all day. Trying not to beat myself up about that. But staying home also allowed time for me and the bf to research and book a hotel for our San Francisco trip next month!
Goal for the rest of the week is to stay on top of tracking and making healthy choices while out of town for a long girls weekend.4 -

Thanks so much! I know I've been quiet on here so far but life has just been insane the last week. Hoping it slows down a bit... but maybe the stress is helping with the weight loss! Haha1 -
