I'm creeping out of the 200 pound club. Gosh, weight loss struggle is the real deal! It's almost summer and I should have already reached my goal of being under 200 pounds.
I started over, again Sunday. It's like Deja Vu for me! I drank 6 ounces of Flat Tummy tea this morning at work. I bought it months ago and finally started it today. It's only 6 ounces a week to start off with. Nobody here, so I can go to bathroom as often as needed with no interruptions. Gosh, I miss my office with the bathroom!
I'm planning to stay focused and committed to exercising 5-6 x's this week, healthy eating/monitoring 5-6 x's this week and pushing 64ounces of water per day 6-7 x's this week.

Disappointed but not surprised. Having a bit of a down/low motivation day. Going to just push through it and get back on track after two weekends in a row of heavy alcohol and poor food choices.2 -
