    Goal/Day: Exercising today was a bit difficult after not working out for a couple of days but got thru it.

    Calories: Over by 8
    Exercise: Not traditional, but went shopping with some coworkers on lunch instead of sitting at desk, so a decent amount of walking added
    H20: not enough
    Day: Decent day for a Monday, a little frustrated with the scale that morning and some water weight gain. I know its water and TOM, but in the moment its hard not to be grumpy about.

    Goal: Drink more water this week to help lose the extra water weight.

    Question: @tlgale or @AB0215 Can I change my weigh in day for April? Ive realized this month its better for me to weigh in on Thursdays than on Sundays

    So, holiday gain was 4lbs. I'm not unhappy with this, seeing as though I went completely off-plan. I'm aiming to lose this 4lbs over the next two weeks, and will then get back on track.

    Calories: Over, was very hungry today, the most hungry I've felt since starting this journey, so I leaned into it a little bit without going overboard. I'm trying to be mindful when eating, so my body was telling me it was hungry so I ate more than usual.
    Exercise: No
    Day: struggling with fatigue this week and feeling meh, so it was an ok day. I think I'm just getting antsy for my California trip next week.
