I was running late for work this morning so I will have to weigh tomorrow.
After gaining a little during the week and then it came back off, I am still at the same weight I have been for the past several weeks. Wah wah.

Day: Tried dim sum for the first time ever with some friends I haven't seen in awhile. Decided to enjoy it without worrying too much about what I was eating. Turns out after a couple months of avoiding heavy starches and breads, after eating two dinner roll sized bread dishes, I'm stuffed! So, while it was definitely a higher calorie day, it was better than it would have been in the past. I told myself I wouldn't weigh myself this morning since yesterday was a cheat day, but I did anyway and somehow I dropped a pound and a half....bodies are weird.
Goal for the week: Finally kicked the cold, so get back on the workout routine of every other day in the gym.1 -

Exercise: No, having a hard time with exercise motivation this week, the scale is dropping without it so when I'm tired after work I fall into the mentality of "Well I'm losing weight anyway so I might as well just relax on the couch instead of going to the gym." Need to find a way to break that mental block since I *know* exercise is about more than weight loss. BF is having a bit of a down mental health week and I'm falling into his energy level and using the fact that he needs some extra love and relaxation this week as an excuse to skip my workouts.
