Only down 0.6lb. A bit disappointed with that as I have been good food wise and exercise wise. And I have really upped the water. I will keep going. I can do this
@pratainua Nice job!! Weight fluctuates all day every day, so I wouldn't worry about it. If you know you're doing good, than it will show. If you're not doing so already, I reccomend taking measurements, much more accurate than a scale!

Day: Appetite is back so trying to stay under 1200 without exercise was a bit difficult, but I've been working on mindful eating and distinguishing between being bored and being hungry. I'm happy to say that I was successful on two separate occasions on this day with deciding I wanted a snack cause I was bored, not because I was hungry! NSV!
Goal: BF is craving Indian food so my goal for tonight's dinner is to be mindful, and eat what I want without overindulging. Like I probably only really need one piece of naan bread instead of six. We will see how that goes.

After gaining a little during the week and then it came back off, I am still at the same weight I have been for the past several weeks. Wah wah.
