  • Thanks, I'd like to join too. This is only my second day starting back. I tend to lose many pounds in my first few days coming off a period of non dieting, so will post my starting weight on Friday when things have settled down a bit. I've set my level at losing 1 lb a week, so I might just make 5 lbs in March.
