Hi Megan, I would like to be included in the step count please. I'm unsure what goal to give, but I've downloaded the Samsung health app and it advises me on 6000 a day, so I will start with that please. Due to living it up a bit before getting started, I am now a few pounds heavier than the weight I put down when…

I have had struggles with junk food eating and it seems to get harder the more junk food vegan goodies appear in the shops. I am wanting to gradually move away from this to a more whole food vegan diet. Would love to have any help and support whilst doing this. Hope you have managed to take things in hand. Lock down was a…

I've been going to the gym for about 25 years. During lock down I set up a little gym for myself at home. I was amazed to find out that for a long time I've hated going to the gym, but just went because I always have done. I hadn't even realised this. I don't think I'll go back now. I miss walking somewhere other than…

I don't eat meat, but I did gain a lot of weight during the 2020 lock downs. I thought I couldn't possibly put even more on during the 2021 confinement, so that's when I made a start to do something about it. You are doing really well.

That's such an inspiring story for those of us browsing the site and wondering if it really is possible and whether or not to bother even trying. Thank you so much.

I am just coming back to MFP to try and start again. I also have RP but lost all my sight at least 20 years ago. I too eat a lot when I'm nervous and still find it stressful going out with the stick. Would be nice to keep in touch.

I weighed in officially today at 10 stones 11 lbs. I look forward to being 5 lbs lighter by April. Thanks for the support.

Thanks, I'd like to join too. This is only my second day starting back. I tend to lose many pounds in my first few days coming off a period of non dieting, so will post my starting weight on Friday when things have settled down a bit. I've set my level at losing 1 lb a week, so I might just make 5 lbs in March.

A fantastic story, you are such an inspiration. Thanks for the post.
