Yes they are processed. You want single ingredient foods, do protein bars grow on trees or come from the ground? No? Then they arn't natural and have to be processed to make.

I would be totally fine losing mine forever. Ruins my good panties every time and sometimes it comes 2x a month. So much money on tampons and the cramps.....OMG.

Fast days are suppose to be around 500 or less for women. That is a LOT of exercise BTW. 2 pounds a week is amazing! I'm starting 4:3 but I'm doing a complete fast on fasting days, which means NO food on those days. I'm doing this because I tend to binge and I know I wont stop at only 500 calories, i'm an all or nothing…

I'm starting 4:3 as well, I'm hoping it will help with my terrible bingeing habit. I will be doing a complete fast on fasting days, which means no food at all for 24 hours, I'm an all or nothing type of person and I know if I start eating on my fast day I wont stop at 500. Good Luck to you!
