It's good that you know what you are trying to work on. I get the struggle, as I've had issues that I've been struggling with for years but never actually been diagnosed or treated because I wasn't allowed or able to reach out until recently without being ridiculed. Hang in there and focus on doing your best and getting to…

I'm Rachel, from the USA, 20, 140 lbs. My heaviest I was 165 and my lowest I don't actually know-I didn't own a scale then, but my best guess is around 120. I have never been able/allowed to seek professional help (my mom controls my insurance and doesn't think I have a problem). I have noticed I started to show patterns…

If you are able to handle it, increasing the weight you are lifting may help get you over that plateau. Go to 20 lbs, or 25 if that's too easy. If you've been doing it for a while, your body may have gotten used to it and it won't be a challenge anymore.

I also am adding to my goals to walk to school more often when I can, rather than taking the bus on top of keeping up with the organized activity. I'll weigh in in a few more days so it…

I have struggled with that a lot too, and have been again recently. I kept on falling into the pattern of not eating for days, then feeling awful and people started confronting me, making me feel bad, so I would overeat to compensate, and so the cycle goes. What I find myself having to do is packing a certain amount of…

Drinking tea or a low-cal beverage, hot or cold, is something that I do. I tell myself that I won't eat anything else until I finish, and by then I'm not hungry. I found that a hot beverage like tea or black coffee actually makes me feel fuller, probably has to do with the caffeine somewhat though.

^^^Shanni, Great job for working through it, I'm having the same type of thing right now. Just finished a good sized, HEALTHY lunch but still wanting to eat wayy more than I know is good at one time. I am telling myself I'm going to sit down and not get up until I drink a couple cups of tea and let it pass, and by then I…
