My best protein is "Raw Protein shakes' 1 scoop unflavored-- 80 Calories- 3 Carbs- <1g Sugar-17g protein. I've tried all the shakes but this one keeps my calories and sugar down and I've tried them all. Good luck!

I'm the military too-- and its always eat and run!! I've been working 12-14 hour night shifts on a 24/7 Ops floor for the last 8 years where junk food is everywhere and when a high stress event occurs we all jump on the coffee and cookies--- bad bad habit! then we are expected to blow away the PT test... I've been eating too many egg with yolks daily so I will try egg white with spinach; and change up to the oatmeal-- great suggestions! I'm creature of habit and I need to get more creative in my meals.

What is helping me is logging every thing and I bought a food scale to help; I am planning out my meals a day in advance. When I get hungry, I drink water and go out for a walk-- drink good spring water 64 ounces a day for me at 5ft 4. take it one meal at a time... And please BE PATIENT ;)

Cause I'm eating too much fat in diet and eating the same meals over and over. I'm 10% over my 25% daily fat intake. ;(

You can do this!!! Just take it one meal at a time ;) Drink plenty of water, my husband is a trainer and he tells me I should drink at least 2.5 Liters a day but the water must be natural spring for the minerals., drink when you feel hungry and walk-walk-walk ;)

I just limited my intake of calories which means everything in moderation.
