I am considered morbidly obese with a bmi of 43 but I can run on the treadmill and walk long distances ( miles ) but I just have lived a terrible life style and it’s led me to this point ! Thankyou ! I changed my activity level from sedentary to lightly active , I work out around 4 times a week for 30 minutes of pure cardio :) I now have 1,650 calories to eat lol ! I think that's a little better

In the mornings I will have a nutri grain bar and some oatmeal , around 12 -1 I'll have lean cuisine , which ever one seems good at the moment with a slice of whole wheat bread and a snack , for dinner I'll have either another lean cuisine or soup and a snack .. That usually equivalents to 1,300 or less .. But I never go…

Don't worry this is my current situation my weight has been 230.6 then 230.4 then 230.2 then 230.8 then 230.2 again for 5 days straight and I haven't missed a workout it's driving me insane but you have to keep going or else you will give up
