Saturday is usually when I have my cheat meal also, but I go hiking first so I won't feel so bad, lol. I weigh in on Wednesdays cuz I figured It'll give me a couple of days to level out. Maybe I should try what you're doing and give myself a whole week to recover... :)

I feel you!!! @Brans34 For me it's the ever elusive 139 lbs. This is my crossover weight. I can't seem to get under this number. It's been years... Don't let that get you down. It'll feel so good when you finally kick 145's *kitten* and reach your goal! ;)
