I was very bold this Easter weekend with alcohol and other nibbles so I am THRILLED with this loss. Determined not to go up next week! Don't want it catching up on me.

April has been hard for me! With Easter & spring break & family visiting... woo! Not to mention a few celebrations with alcohol. No excuses though! I could've done better and I'm going to try to finish April strong3 -

4-21: 147.0 this just really hasn't been my month! I've eaten back about half my exercise calories a few times because I kept reading how that helps a lot of people, but apparently I can't ever eat over 1,100 without gaining. 1,200-1,300 seems to be my maintenance.
