so I didnt get my april goal. this has been a roller coaster for me, from 194.6 to 190.2 . in the end at least this was a loss this month and not a gain10 -

04/22 : 267.1 (down 4.6 lbs since Mon. But still a gain for the month. Also TOM)
04/29 : 270.2 (I really struggled this month. )

22nd: 55.1kg/ 121.22lbs Good loss this week proves have got to pull back calories to before Xmas total
29th: 54.9kg/ 120.78lbs YAY!! finally cracked 55kg. Now to keep it going
Overall Total loss for April : .4kg - .88lb
Total loss since starting : 20.6kg / 45.32lb
I'm happy at this weight but would rather it be my highest yo yo weight rather than the lowest.
Prefer to bounce between 52 and 54 than 55 and 57.

Can you believe it's already the end of April?
Good week here, just navigating through all the food that keeps coming at me, including attending a BBQ & Beer festival yesterday. Portion and calorie control is key.
Original starting weight February 2016: 243
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

Saw a new daily low of 216.8 today!

I am super thrilled with my April progress!
I have one week left in a 10 week program - the goal that I set when I started out was to lose 30 lbs in 10 weeks... clearly that isn't going to happen, but I am still proud of myself. I faithfully tracked calories & 60 min of cardio 5x week, plus I started up with a running club... I am going to learn how to run! My goal with running is twofold: Run to Quit- which means "quit smoking" & to complete a 5k walk/run in July. I began this as a sedentary, depressed person... now I am active and looking forward to the future! Believe me, I still have days when I'm tired, sore and wonder if I can keep pushing... but instead of listening to the negative voices, I say " you can do it, just keep trying". Can't wait to see what happens in May!!8 -
