I'm new too. I'm struggling with the weight units as I'm used to working on stones! I need to lose 35kg ish. Are you just using mfp or following a plan?

Hi, I'm new too, I've dabbled using mfp before but never used any of the community things. I've been to the weight loss Dr today and he recommended joining some communities so here I am! I'm a teacher too but being a stay at home mummy at the moment. Are you in the UK? Good luck with your journey!
