Yes. You can look at calorie allowance for a week instead of every day. I save my calories for the weekend so I can eat more.

i spend around 30-40 every week on my food. i skip breakfasts usually, salad stuff for lunches with some type of protein for my snacks during the day, and my dinners are usually some type of chicken/turkey/ground beef and veggies. i eat chicken fajitas a loooot lol

that's what I always do and I have had success. I just make sure the nutrition info matches.

I rarely like cake so I feel your pain lol. I feel bad when co workers bake me cakes.. I take them home and let family members eat it.

I do believe my depression and anxiety is what lead to me to gain so much weight and not take care of myself properly. You are not alone at all. My anxiety has gotten so bad before that I could not leave the house. Just going outside I would feel disconnected and sent me in a panic. My diet was the least of my worries lol.…

literally all you have to do is be in a deficit. no fasting, IF, keto, whatever else.

I am 5'4. I started at 195 and now I am 146. I started logging loosely in July and lost 20 lbs. I started logging EVERYTHING in the end of August. I go to the gym off and on.. not really consistently. I eat 1300-1500 calories.

nope. you can't "confuse" your body lol. your body does the same thing everyday regardless of what you're gonna eat. eat in a deficit and youll lose weight. look at your calories for a week instead of a day. i "bank" calories during the week to eat/drink more on the weekends and i still lose weight.

exactly!!! same here!! my sister gets the big cans and think I'm silly to get the small ones, but man I try to save at least some calories and still enjoy a little soda :tongue:

I bank my calories during the week so I can have fun weekends and log loosely. Enjoy your weekend. Just get back on track afterwards.

Why does this matter?? What about people that work night shift? They're doomed to be fat forever because they eat at night?

I have lost 50 pounds and I still drink soda. I either fit it in my calories or choose a diet option. Calories are all that matter for weight loss. Doesn't matter what you eat/drink.

weight fluctuates. don't sweat it. as long as your weight is trended down within the scope of like a month or so, you're fine.

I weigh myself in the mornings before I eat anything to make everything consistent
