Are you doing the keto diet for health reasons? And do you use a food scale? Opening your diary might help us see what's going on.

I always plan my meals the day before or the morning of, so I know exactly what I'm gonna eat and I have less desire to eat something I didn't plan for. Calories is the only thing I worry about.

You can probably up your calories. Not that 1,200 calories is bad, but you can probably eat more honestly. New exercises come with water retention, the scale's not gonna move for awhile. Measure your food. Measure yourself. Give it time.

I'm 5'4, currently 153 lbs. I ate 1,200 calories for 2 months, recently I changed it to losing .5 lbs a week and I eat about 1,400 a day now. I've lost 25 pounds.

What in the world is making you so anxious about the scale? If you're in a calorie deficit and accurately measuring/logging your food there's absolutely nothing to worry about- you're gonna lose weight.

I tried it, didn't like it. I like eating all times of the day. I can see how it helps you stay in calorie goal, but if I'm hungry, I eat.

New exercises make you retain water. Ignore the scale and measure yourself for awhile. Same thing happened to me for awhile, and I got discouraged, but I knew I looked better and felt better. Sounds like you're in a deep deficit too, if you're measuring your food all accurately. Don't be afraid to eat more.

I "cheat" almost everyday but I'm losing weight. If I want something I'll fit it in my calories :3

Measure yourself. Takes me forever to finally see changes in myself. I'm usually the last one to notice, lol.

True. She took a few times last week because she was feeling unwell, she freaked out about the carbs and I didn't see the big deal. I just hadn't realized how many calories were in a dose.

That's awesome! I've been IF (& of course counting calories) for a few weeks now and I see no difference except it helps with temptaions of late night snacking (I only eat 12p-8p). Curiously I ususally have breakfast for dinner now, since I've been skipping it it's what I crave. Lol

definitely! I've lost 15 in 2 months.

I usually just drink plain water. blah. but crystal light packets are so good. water intake doesn't matter much from what I've read honestly. i only drink with my meals or at my desk at work.
