I love my fitbit HR. If you are a Costco member you can get a good deal. I use my to monitor steps and sleep.

Yeah Kinda like the Girl Scout Ice Cream.
-
I might try this as well. I don't eat it everyday. So it won't hurt me to much.

No NOTHING is as good as the real thing.
-
I might give this one a shot as well

Yeah I had to add the honey just to eat it. I'm going to have to try the PB2

You loos amazing.

That looks like a hot Italian beef sandwich. We have an awesome place here that has them

Yeah I think it's off a bit. My husband and I both were pretty close in steps today and I had more exercise calories that he did. He was pretty mad because his was so much more off.

I do this alot too when I'm home. I do believe it's due to boredom and not that I'm really hungry. Find something to keep your mind off of food. Maybe do some gum and mints to suck on. Brush your teeth, that makes me not want to eat. Go for a walk. Don't give up.

I've been at this 50days and I'm down 10 pounds. At first I was starving, and I mean starving. I never realized how much I was eating on a given day. Don't get discouraged. Stay with it. Your hunger will go down. Use you calories to an advantage, it will make you make better choices. I have a fitbit and try to incorporate…

I didn't have a good food day yesterday either. But today is a new day and a fresh start. Don't beat yourself up over it.

I just bought a new one, other scale was 15 years old. Got a weight watchers one for $20 at Costco. Nothing fancy, just weighes you. I feel I'm getting a more accurate read. The other one needing batteries. I figured I owed myself a nicer one.

That looks so good

I prefer to eat before and then workout. I usually wait about an hour as if I try to workout too soon I get stomach cramps.

I allow myself a Ghiradelli Chocolate square every night. It's 60 calories and it's my treat. Please don't beat yourself up. You are not perfect. No of us are. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start. You can do this.

This is me. I have become quite obsessed with it.

Don't mess around with that stuff, it's not worth it. Your going to be hungry it's your body adjusting to the change. I agree with the above posters, find some low calorie snacks to fill you up. Find something else to kee you mind off food, go for a walk, do an exercise video. Those appetite suppressants are not safe and…

I might try that first.
-
Oh thank you. We are going to try these for sure.

Just to know how good I want to feel again. Of course I would love to fit back into clothes I love, but just to feel good again. Sleep good again. I started this a little over a month ago. I had no idea home much I was eating before, so at first I was so hungry. I have learn to make better choices in what I eat now. I have…

No way. I wouldn't do it. Have you watched the show Botched. They have people that have had surgery in Mexico and it was a mess. One lady was not even given a anesthetic to numb her, they numbed her with ice.

No I think this is a good #. I have a male MFP friend and this is close to his.
-
Feel free to add me too.

Have either of you tried the PB2 powdered peanut butter. I love peanut butter, but for 2tbspn @ 180 calories. Yikes!
