For food scale ,Taylor. They sell them at Target for about $25. I love mine. I just bought a Weight Watchers scale for weight.
-
I would check out some different brands, that sounds really high. My life would be sad without bacon.
-
I have a Taylor too. I bought it at Target for about $25. I love it

I have a Weight Watchers scale. The glass baae one. Im going to try it in my kitchen floor. I tried the tile floor in the bathroom, of course tile can be uneven. Same thing

I love My fitness Pal. Counting calories is like a game to me. I tried WW 5 times (yes 5 times) and just figuring points gave me anxiety.
-
Get a food scale. You can get one for about $20 at Target. It will be the best thing you ever buy.
-
I Like the Premier Protein shakes, I get them at Costco, but you can find them anywhere. They are 160 calories, 30 protein and the sugar is low. I drink them 3-4 times a week for breakfast.

I'm with you guys. My weight hasn't moved since April 1st. I log everything, I'm at 1740 calories a day. I walk just stuck in a rut. I was told I should increase by 100 calories for so or just switch things up food wise. Just not sure what it up.

I have a Taylor scale at Target $20. It's basic and works for me.
-
Seriously use MFP, count your calories. I have tried everything and this is the only thing that works. Add me if you would like.
-
I just stopped taking them. No side effects

I was on this stuff for about a week. Felt jittery and weird. One day at work I swear I could have been like spiderman and climbed the walls. Even taking half was still bad. Don't take it. Long term use is not good for your heart and I have read not so good stories.
-
I love it. Its the only thing that has worked. I won't stop
-
I would love to follow you. ☺ I started in Dec l, gone from 245 to 230. Need some inspiration from people
-
Thank you so much for the help. Much appreciated
-
Sorry food scale. I tend to teeter around 1/2 pound diffirence but don't move beyond that. I have been told to drink more water and switch up my foods
-
Since around March 7th. I had the flu dropped about 3 pounds and haven't moved since. I do use a found scale, log everything. I get my exercise calories from fitbit. Walking steps.

Thanks for the responses. I truly didn't want to search through 20 million posts to find, and everyone has a different response. Not trying to gain muscle. I've just hit a plateau and not sure if this could be the issue
-
Yes It should give an option to search for the food that you want and then it pulls up a number of choices to choose what you want.
