So I know this has been brought up before in many posts. Do you eat back your exercise calories or not?

So I have lunch plans with my mom and her husband today and they have chosen to go here. My problem is their is so much sodium in every dish. I had a dish before that was lower in calories, but I didn't care for it. Any suggestions. I guess I will be drinking tons of water this week to flush it out

Powdered Peanut Butter
I love peanut butter but 180 for 2 tablespoons, yikes! So I went out and bought some Jif powdered peanut butter. Gag, it was awful. I had to add a tspn of honey for flavor. Do you guys have one you like, our should I just stick with the real thing.

Sodium
I've been going over on my sodium here alot lately and I'm not sure what to do. I'm sure its causing me to retain water. I've been drinking alot of water to flush out my system. Any other suggestions.

Can you guys advise why many say to weigh things before you cook them, ie rice, ground meat. Things like this. Why not weigh after.

Always Hungry
So I have been at this for about 2 weeks now. I have a daily calorie of 1830. I'm staying in that amount, but I'm always hungry. I just now realized how much I have been overeating all this time. Any suggestions?
