What would you guys say is a good # to hit for sugar and fiber for the day. I'm also at 40% carb, 30% protein, and 30% fat. I'm at 1760 calories a day, but tend to blow my sodium alot. Any suggestions.

I love to take hard boiled eggs, fruit ( I love blueberries, strawberries) string cheese, I love Luna Protein bars ( the chocolate peanut butter. Toast with whipped peanut butter. I don't give up my coffee though. It's crucial. I love reading others ideas.

Very true Seska. I tend to do better during the week when we don't eat out.

It's so true. We went to lunch today and that killed me. I tracked the sandwich and soup calories, but now that I look back tonight, the sodium was unreal. And that is true of diary, it just shocks me.

It's suppose to monitor your heart rate. I have the regular Fibit flex, But I really love this one.
