Do you have it synced to the bluetooth connection. Sometimes I have to turn the wifi off on my phone too.

I like hard boiled eggs with some berries, or a piece of toast with peanut butter. I like cereal, but it doesn't hold me as long.

I have the Fibit HR and I love it so much. It have really helped me challenge myself to move alot more.

Good deal. I think Fajitas will be my go to. If I do eat chips, it's usually not more than 3-4 so I at least get the taste.

I tried this drug and it made me want to climb the walls, even taking a half pill. No way. I would rather eat good and count my calories.

I have been watching, pretty crazy. Some of the diets are realistic, they others are a bit weird.

For snacks I love goldfish crackers, 55 for 150 calories. String cheese. Cutie oranges, hold boiled eggs. breakfast is usually yogurt or a slice of whole wheat bread with 2 tbspn of peanut butter. I try to drink alot of water. Not a big fan of it but I flavored it with Mio or lemon.

Aj how do you have you macros set up. I'm at 40% protein, 40% carb and 20% fat.

Thanks for a the responses too guys. Good info. I have been at this 35 days and I'm down 8.5 pounds. I never realized how much I was eating before. I had all of my day calories in at breakfast. Making better choices now.

I didn't buy any this year for that reason. The Samoas are like crack to me. Plus they went up $.50 a box here. Wasn't worth it.

I took it for a while and felt weird while on it. Felt like I could have climbed the walls at my office, and then by 3pm I was starving and could have eaten anything. I cut it back to a 1/2 pill and still felt jittery. I didn't like the way it made me feel.

I would rather eat real food and account for the calories. I've heard the food is disgusting, and from what I see it's mostly pasta. Pasta is cheap, why pay so much for a program with pasta.

When we cooked a meal I prepare my plate. I measure everything. last night for dinner I measured mashed potatoes, mushrooms, looked up my food on MFP. My husband commented to my daughter, "watching mom measure her food is weird" I don't care. If I have lunch our, I plan what I'm going to eat before I go.

I'm sorry :( I did pretty good. No fried food. I love Crab Rangoon. Didn't eat it. Chow Mein Fun is rice noodles, I got them with shrimp and vegetables.

There are different amounts on the search. One says 403 cal for 1 container. And then is says 1 cup about 278. I guess you would pick pretty close to your serving.

I made hard boiled, they turned out perfect. I did 5 minutes low pressure. once the pressure releases pour two cups of ice water, wait until they cool. They pealed perfect. Best eggs I have made.
