Thanks to all who replied. My first 4 weeks I was only taking in 12-1400 calories thinking that I needed to eat 1500. I stopped losing eating like that and some suggested I was eating too little. I was more than happy to eat a little more, around 1700 now. I feel Fuller now and I'm hoping the weight comes back off again.

I don't use any calories from what MFP tells me. I haven't eaten the recommended 2040 calories so any workout calories are not being calculated as "extra" that I can eat back. My body may be hanging onto weight. I don't feel starved. But it may very well be begging me for more without me knowing it. That's an easy fix tho. Who doesn't want to eat more! That's just a little more of the foods I'm already having. Or maybe a snack I want in between.

I will def add more calories to my daily Intake. I'll shoot for 1600-1800 a day and see how that does over the next 2 weeks. I appreciate all the feedback. Hopefully I continue to lose.

I am weighing and logging everything, I have not cheated. I leave for the police academy in 3 more weeks so I've really been on myself to do this right. And I've not strayed from the path. I may honestly be eating too little. I will try adding 300 cals to my diet. And see if it helps. @quiksylver296

Yes I weighed the home fries. On the bag it tells me how many calories there are per serving. Which is 3 oz's. So I put it in my scale and make sure it's 3 oz's. It just normally turns out to be about a cup of them. It's not much really. Enough for 5 or 6 bites with 2-3 little home fries per bite. It equals out to be 112…

Ive been doing this for almost Two months now. Preparing for the police academy that I start in April. Exercising again and eating better has helped me! You can do it, just stick with it.

Yes I log accurately. I always measure and weigh my foods now. I don't eat fast food anymore. I drink only water, or diet soda. It really worked until it didn't if that makes sense. No pounds lost in two weeks. I've just stayed the same weight.

I haven't had pizza in a month, or went over my calories and been extremely honest with myself. So I think I earned it. It has to be close, it's not a very big pizza to begin with, and I only ate half. 680 calories for what I ate is probably about right.

That's what I did. I only ate half so I compared it too a whole 12 inch dominos thin crust pepperoni and divided by 2. Came out to 680 calories. Hopefully that's close.

If you mean "helping" by ppl who post comments such as get out of the kitchen, then maybe. I suspect that most everyone knows that eating less equals losing fat, I'm not ignorant. I was simply asking about exercises. Never did I once mention that I needed some internet therapy about over-eating. Thanks for your concern.

I'm not going back to the Army days and killing myself, what I've found to have finally worked for me now is that I'm taking it slow and it's coming off and staying off. I had thought about doing stair climbs, crunches, and 30/60 second sprint/walk cycles to start with.

Thanks guys. I will Continue to fight on. It's been a struggle since getting blown up in Afghanistan by a road side bomb. Pain all the time. And being lazy. It's coming off though, and for once it is sustainable.

That's great news from everyone. I've not been as successful as some of you losing 10 pounds a month but it's coming off for sure. Getting back to a decent weight will be huge for me. Thanks for the replies.

I have only been on MFP for 21 days but I have lost 7 pounds. Basically drinking diet soda with every meal. So that is encouraging. How long did it take you to lose 50 pounds!
