Further question, I use both MFP and Fitbit on my laptop. My smart phone is from 2012 and I can't use MFP on it because it lags to bad, in fact I have had to delete a lot of apps off the thing. Will the syncing work from PC windows 10 app to Website?

Yeah I have started weighing myself daily. I lose 2lbs gain 3 lose 4 gain 2 ect. 1 step back 2 steps forward.

I was DDD 10lbs ago and I'm a DDD now. :/ for some of us our boobs are stubborn. Invest in a good sports bra for cardio. I wear 2 sports bras.

Or...hear me out, some people....when they stop eating 1200 calories a day...they do this thing where they slowly reintroduce foods they enjoyed back into their diet. You think when I'm in maintenance I'm gonna water down my soup? Or say no to sauces?

Like 2 days before the flow actually starts and then like 1-2 of the initial flow do I eat calories to maintain. The rest of the flow I can usually go back to my diet and exercise.

I have the grey area of "okayish". I consider a good day 50 cal over or under my calorie goal.

500x7=3500, or one pound a week. If you want to loose 2 pounds a week you'd have to eat at a 1000 calorie deficit. 1000x7=7000, or two pounds a week. Not saying anyone should do this just pointing out your math is wrong.

I try to keep it between 1-2 cans of coke zero. It has no adverse effects on weight loss. 2-3 cans is very moderate compared to what some people drink, you're fine. If you really want to cut it for chemicals then look into unsweetened teas.

It depends on the person honestly, you can't look at anyone and say you should eat X calories without knowing their weight/height/activity level/exercise habits because it all plays a role. MFP is pretty accurate, so eat what MFP gives you. You'll lose weight.

Being under is fine as long as you don't go under 1200 calories. Eating 1400 when you had an allowance of 1570 won't hurt you.

I'm a 34DDD, and this is not necessarily for OP but if you are tight on cash (like me) you can wear a cheap sports bra on top of an old bra. No jiggle, is a little funny feeling at first but I've been doing it 3 years.
