This is the second time I've seen you tell someone IF is unhealthy. Please go look into it, it's not for everyone but just because some people work better with IF instead of eating small meals all throughout the day doesn't make it bad. It makes it different.

Try to eat a little lighter the rest of the day, tomorrow maybe write out all the food you can eat and then designate a time to eat it like cup of cereal: 6am, banana: 8am ect? That way you can space out your eating and it will slow you down.

Yep, was doing 20:4 but now I'm doing 21:3. I've been losing weight with it. Kind of hard to eat 1400 calories in 3 hours.

I only eat my bmr 3 days a week, the other 4 I'm under. Just don't eat under 1500 since you're a guy.

Yeah and some people still believe we only use 10% of our brains. Forums =/= Evidence. You burn calories sleeping yes, but that is your bmr. Yep. First semester of college i ate maintenance calories. And now I'm back to losing. I will admit I got a little spoiled so being back on the diet makes me yearn to get back into maintenance land even more. Just be careful to make sure you don't gain. Weigh yourself and track.

5'5" MFP has me at 1530 to lose one pound a week but I usually come in under 1400.

I would use MFP unless you are weight lifting to build muscle mass. 216 sounds ridiculously high, even if you were bulking.

I do 20:4, I was using it to maintain but now I'm doing it with a deficit. Makes it really easy to eat 1200-1400 calories a day when you only eat dinner.

Fruits most definitely need to be weighed and logged. You can gain weight eating over your allowance in fruit, your body doesn't care that it's "healthy". As for vegetables I will eyeball how much and record it. Fruit can screw you over.
