I drink Coke Zero but same difference. It's not going to hurt your weight loss. I have been drinking one-two a day for the last two years.

I did it. Here are tomorrows goals: Just for today: 12-30-15 1) I will do my Ab Routine in the morning before getting my coffee. 2) I will do my General Fitness routine while sipping my coffee. 3) I will continue to do the Warrior Diet 4) I will be under 1480

You gotta do you! Some people thrive on small meals, it made me super hungry which is why I Intermittent Fast instead but some people get super hungry doing that. I've had friends swear by the whole 6-9 snacks routine. It depends on if you're a grazer.

I limit myself to one Coke Zero a day. Does not hinder weight loss. There are a lot of rumors surrounding diet sodas, there's nothing wrong with one or two a day. :)

About a year ago I cut my sugar to 30g a day. I feel much better. Clear head. Less depression. No mood swings. The first few weeks is tough. I suggest slowly decreasing your sugar. Cut to one soda a day, then one every other day and then finally none. :) Good luck! You'll feel amazing.

Yeah that's why I am back here. I used to do this with paper and pen but my desk is looking like a war zone and yesterday I found a sheet from October in the washer. I still eat Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. I just eat all that food between 3PM and 7PM.
