Treadmills are very boring when you are looking at the wall, or keep checking the timer and how many calories you burnt, you feel like time is going back not forward. What I do when I treadmill is that I put it facing the tv, wait when my favorite show is on, or a game or whatever, and walk as I watch it, time passes…
