I'm thinking of tracking my food next round using MFP. I didn't follow her meal plan, but others do and gets awesome results.

I did 2 rounds and will start another next week. You need to keep doing it to see results. Everyone is different and food is a huge part of getting where you want. I know and saw it that about 24 to 36 weeks will show the most progress. Good luck! Love BBG!!
