I do this already, but i havent been doing it every day...i switch between this, going to the track and walking/jogging, and doing the 50 minute Jillian Michaels "No more trouble zones"...Good luck! You can do it, tho!

I love fruit, and clementines are my additcion lol...they are great and packed full of fiber. Also, steamed sweet potatoes with a bit of honey, milk, and cinnamon, no butter...really yummy too! Ohhh, and cherry tomatoes, and low fat yogurt!

I made enough for myself with this recipe, I actually made it, then wrote down the recipe, so you might have to add/subtract/multiply for the number of people you are cooking for, and to tailor it to your tastes, but it was great, if i do say so myself lol ;-)

May I ask how you all log the exercise for the 30 day shred? I have just been imputing "circuit training, general" but it feels like i'm doing more than "general" circuit training lol

I'm in too...Cept the 8 inches are like the ones Gaga wore in that photo shoot where she was laying down lol.. Currently 187...goal is 165 ;-) I like meat! lol
